My holiday baking has come to a grinding halt: 2-yr-old Maytag oven won’t preheat at all! Diagnosis: bad baking element. I HATE my stove!!

Just heard a dr report on NPR that sugar does NOT cause hyperactivity in kids, so go ahead and bring on the Christmas treats!

Been working on making desserts for other friends’ celebrations the past few weeks……LOTS of choc tortes!
