Another successful picnic, and once again, I got many requests for my recipes: iced pumpkin cookies & Mexican layered salad. Mmmmm! Visiting family in Ytown. Watched "Top Chef" for the first time. Interesting concept, but I hate reality shows where someone gets voted off. Chocolate peanut butter brownie ice cream at Handel’s in Y-town….Yummy! And 80’s songs on the radio-perfect! The cookies turned out fabulous! Can’t tell a different between wheat vs. rice flour when you use so much chocolate, butter & eggs! My son requested Death by Chocolate cookies for his class party. I am going to try making them w/ rice flour for a kid with wheat allergies |
