Managing & directing in the kitchen as my kids each make their own batch of Scottish Shortbread cookies. Spent the morning baking in a Kosher kitchen with a friend–making desserts for her daughter’s Bat Mitzvah. @FoodieTot Forgot to mention: I worked at Firehook Bakery under Kate Jansen (when it was still fab!) & taught at Stratford U.
