What test are you taking? I gave up after jumping through ALMOST all the hoops for Culinary Educator. Just had Jeni’s Ice Cream & it was SPLENDID! Wildberry Lavender & Lemon w/ Blueberries. Excellent stuff, @jenisplendid & @charlybauer! Just had Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream & it was splendid! Wildberry Lavender & Lemon w/ Blueberries. Thanks, @jenishusband & @jenisicecream! Also making cupcakes w/ whipped cream & fresh berries for red white & blue dessert at several picnics tomorrow:Our favorite day of the year! Gearing up for all-day Fourth festivities: making choc chip scones for the morning parade (not very American, I know, but delicious!) @chefworld Will do. I’ll post it to my website & send you the link. 🙂 Made “butter tarts” (similar to pecan tarts-with or w/out nuts) for Canada Day party yesterday: my hb’s favorite Canadian dessert. Big Hit! Starting to plan what foods to bring to LOTS of upcoming parties: Canada Day tomorrow & all-day-long festivities on the 4th. Fun! |
