Today is National Ice Cream Day. Everybody celebrate!

TONS of baking this week: gearing up for my son’s b-day party. Black midnight cake, white chocolate buttercream, & cupcakes, too!

Also made a red, white & blue dessert you won’t find many places: Chilled Creme Fraiche w/ strawberries & blueberries for picnic & fireworks

I made my original recipe for chocolate chip scones for a picnic brunch while we watch the 4th parade…mmmmm.
