YUM! Didn’t think I needed a microplane zester (a Chef’s knife does ALL, right?), but it saves a step & thus saves time. I LOVE it! Attempting to recreate a favorite dessert from Firehook Bakery where I worked in DC: Tart au Citron (lemon tart) @FoodieTot Ooooh…I was there too! HB made me go cause he worked for House of Reps.
